Lemons also have use as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser. Indigestion and Constipation: a few drops of lemon on your dish aid in digestion. Lemon acts as a blood purifier and a cleansing agent.

Lemon Juice is not only a blood purifier, but also enables body to fight diseases. Fresh lemon juice, especially, has numerous health benefits. It is useful for treating kidney stones, curing heat strokes as it is known for reducing the body temperature. It has a cooling and calming effect.
